From the first, there is a folding compact design (although you cannot exactly call the GW20 crumb, given its weight of 27 kg) and a good margin of autonomy (the manufacturer promises 50 km of run with full use of the drive and about 100 km with partial use of the PAS system). But at the same time, CMACEWHEEL can boast of spiked 20-inch wheels with quite good cross-country ability and acceleration up to 45-50 km / h.
Among other things, we note 5 speed modes, a built-in computer (displays the current information on the screen about speed, battery charge, mileage, etc.), Shimano disc brakes, front and rear lights. Summing up all of the above, the high price tag for the GW20 is quite justified, another thing is that it is not entirely clear how much such hybrids are in principle in demand in the cycling community.
The Jaguar X6 has long been the cheapest e-bike of the whole variety of models for sale on Aliexpress (excluding the very dubious offers). The low price tag attracted the attention of not only ordinary buyers, but also all kinds of bloggers, so if you want to learn more about the functionality and equipment of the X6, you can easily find full-scale reviews and even video tutorials dedicated to this model on the net. The reviews are mostly positive, which is not surprising given the attractive price, a lot of interesting chips (Shimano disc brakes, folding mechanism, front and rear suspensions, a good range of 30-35 km and a lot more) and an abundance of gifts from the seller (standard practice for this segment). It was not possible to find any obvious jambs, but it should be noted that, purely from an aesthetic point of view, Jaguar is clearly not impressive. lurid welded seams are striking, the saddle wears out rather quickly, and the box for the wires looks as if the harnesses were hastily wrapped with cheap duct tape.

RT-012 cannot be called an ordinary bicycle with an installed electric motor; according to the classification, a model of this type is usually referred to as a fat bike (literally a fat bike). Their main feature is the increased size of the tires, which allows them to cope well with a wide variety of terrain types (stones, snowdrifts, sand, mud, etc.). Naturally, it is not at all easy to ride on such transport (one can easily burn up to 1500 calories in one active walk), so the support of the motor comes in handy here. The manufacturer declared a power of 1000 W, which is enough to develop speeds up to 40 km / h, with a power reserve of about 60-65 km. The e-bike will be comfortable for almost any height and weight, and the specially designed suspension and hydraulic brakes make the ride incredibly comfortable even on uneven terrain. The PAS system consists of 7 modes (the applied physical effort can be maximally lightened by about 70%), and 21 speeds allow optimal control of the bike on any road.

A budget fat bike (you can read more about bicycles of this design below), suffering from a number of different disadvantages (flimsy fenders and pedals are especially noted). Nevertheless, they are completely leveled by a pleasant price tag (during the period of promotions and discounts, the price drops by almost 1.5 times) and the presence of a warehouse in Yekaterinburg (which greatly simplifies delivery in Russia, self-pickup is also possible).
The bike itself is quite powerful (the model has 27 speeds by default, a 500 W motor and a 12 Ah battery) and high-spirited (accelerates to 40 km / h), but not very autonomous (6 hours of charging is enough for about 30 km in fully automatic mode ). An interesting feature of Wolf’s Fang 135 is the smooth throttle control knob, which allows you to independently control the speed due to the pressing force.
I already wrote above about how the Hiper Engine BF205 is brought into working electrical state. for this you need to turn two keys, on the frame and on the steering wheel (by the way, two keys of each type are offered in the kit). Without this, the bike can be used in its most ordinary, mechanical form. There are no special modes of operation of the electric motor here. it is either on and works in the help mode, or off.
First of all, I noted the excellent dynamics of the Hiper Engine BF205. there is a rather powerful 350 W electric motor, and even with a very serious load (the bike itself weighs 23 kg, I repeat, and I weigh another 76 kg) it makes you feel good acceleration and a good jerk with places. over, in scooter mode, the speed depends on the degree of rotation of the accelerator ring, it is sensitive here. and, I must say right away, this is the most convenient way to ride the BF205.
The fact is that you can not touch the accelerator and pedal, feeling that very high feeling when you do not strain your legs too much, and the speed is high. in the manner of walking along a travelator. There is one but. a bike in this format does not help you constantly, but starts the motor from time to time. And it is impossible to control when exactly you will be suddenly given additional acceleration. Even with the slightest traffic, I had to constantly keep my fingers on the brake so as not to get into a situation where the bike accelerated at the wrong time. On an empty road, such an algorithm is quite appropriate, but the Hiper Engine BF205 is positioned as an urban model, and where have you seen absolutely empty roads in the city? Perhaps in parks, and even then rather at night. As a result, in a situation with noticeable traffic, I simply turned off the assistance mode by turning the key and moved on the pedals. doing this on a heavy bike is not as easy as on some lightweight sports model, but I would not say that it is somehow especially difficult. until it’s about uphill climbing.
In the park and on any rough terrain after rain, another moment comes out. the absence of mud flaps. There are fenders on the Hiper Engine BF205, of course, but they protect against splashes very conditionally. from a trip after the rain, without getting into serious mud, I still returned with a completely filthy back. And you need to be ready for this. or you still need to install the mudguards yourself.
The complete headlight is not too bright, but I can’t say that I lacked its power when traveling at dusk. it copes with its duties quite well, you can see oncoming traffic or an obstacle ahead of time.
One battery charge with a capacity of 375 Wh (10400 mAh, 36 V) should be enough for 45 km in scooter mode (with constant operation from an electric motor). I did not take accurate measurements, but it feels like this figure is very close to the truth, although the real indicators, of course, depend on the operating conditions. how many climbs are on your way, is there any rough terrain difficult to overcome, and so on.
The battery is fully charged in 6 hours. for this, a complete charger with a power of 42 W and a current of 2 A is used. The indicator on the charger indicates whether the bike is charged or not.
The folding design of the Hiper Engine BF205 allows you to transport your bike on the subway. In theory. In practice, it will not be easy to do this. due to the serious weight of the bike and the lack of clips that hold the frame in the folded state; she constantly disperses, you have to hold him on all sides, and it is not easy to do it alone. Of course, over time you can get used to everything, but I cannot call the Hiper Engine BF205 a convenient bicycle for transportation.
The manufacturer does not indicate any standard of splash or moisture protection in the characteristics, but I assume that the bike is protected at least by IP54. at least during operation after rain, no problems arose.

It takes about 20 minutes to bring the bike into working order, and no specific actions are needed with tools such as wrenches or keys for tightening Euro screws. they are included in the kit, but they are waiting for special cases. It is necessary to remove the packaging material, unfold the frame (this is done in one motion), install the handlebar on the steering column, raising it to a level convenient for you, and put the bike on charge. A full charge cycle takes about six hours, but in my case the battery was not completely discharged. and after two hours the Hiper Engine BF205 was completely ready for the first trip. Even for those who have not come across bicycles for you, and have never encountered electric models before, it will not be difficult to prepare it for work.

Structurally, the Hiper Engine BF205 takes a mountain bike as a basis. it is devoid of rear shock absorbers (there are only front ones, these are hydraulics), a powerful frame with pronounced traces of welding is striking. The bike looks brutal. for some, this image may not seem too neat, but in general it looks good: aluminum is abundantly used in the design, the general feeling from the assembly is good.
The frame is painted in dark gray, the nodes are mostly black. it looks strict and appropriate.
The battery is hidden in the horizontal tube of the frame and covered with an aluminum casing on top, which well protects the batteries from external influences. The wires are brought out to the surface and assembled in bundles with plastic brackets. On the left side of the casing there is a hole for the charger. it is covered with a rubber plug, very tight, it does not work normally the first time, but it stays in place well.
There is a keyhole below. the battery is activated by turning a special key. over, there is a second keyhole on the steering wheel, with the help of which the assistance mode itself is already activated. Without two turned keys, the Hiper Engine BF205 remains a regular bike, just very heavy. it weighs 23 kg (including the box. 28 kg).
The lock holding the frame in the folded state is located on its right side, it is securely fixed and works efficiently. nothing loosens, the frame remains rigid.
Disc brakes are installed on each wheel. The tires here are small in diameter (20 inches), but very wide (4 inches), with powerful tread. Above the wheels are aluminum fenders without mudguards.
The steering wheel is straight, with rubber anatomical handles: in front there are disc brake levers, on the left handle on the back there are the horn and headlight buttons, on the right. the already mentioned ignition system, an electric motor operation indicator (displays only the battery charge level) and a speed switch with two controllers elements. a lever for switching speeds backward and a button for switching forward. The Hiper Engine BF205 has seven speeds. Also on the right grip is a ring-shaped accelerator.
The pedals, like the bike itself, are foldable. they are made of metal with a rubber coating and reflectors.
The saddle is of medium hardness and medium size, covered with black leather-like material. It is adjustable both in height. using a key on the bar below. and in tilt.
Of course, the bike is equipped with a footrest with a door closer.
The Hiper Engine BF205 is a very good city electric bike, not devoid of minor flaws. The absence of mud flaps can become a noticeable problem in our climate, and the fact that there are no latches in the folded position significantly limits the transportability of the unit.
But all the key characteristics of the Hiper Engine BF205 are in order. this is a dynamic bike that has excellent range, for example, so that you can ride it to work and back or go on a long weekend ride. It is hard to move only on the pedals on the Hiper Engine BF205. the serious weight of the device affects, but on a flat road and this does not become a serious problem, especially since there is the possibility of switching speeds. You can save power by turning off the motor assistance on level areas and even more so when rolling down a hill. The frame is made of high quality, the folding structure does not leave a visible imprint on reliability and rigidity, and the possibility of using it in scooter mode sets the model apart from many other electric bicycles.
