It is advised to get out of the situation using a console rack mounted on the seat tube, or carry all the load in a backpack (underframe bag). But none of these methods can be called acceptable for a multi-day hike.

Attention! It happens that some fractions of a millimeter are not enough to securely attach the trunk to the frame. Under no circumstances try to modify the disc brake caliper with a file. the walls of the working cylinder may turn out to be unexpectedly thin, and a product with a rather large price will be hopelessly damaged! It is also undesirable for the trunk racks to touch any parts of the brake system.

It turns out that you can still put a rack on a bicycle with disc brakes. And even in several ways.

The first method is applicable if the frame has holes for the trunk. The idea is simple. move the trunk back so that its rack does not touch the caliper, and so that it can be reached when servicing the brakes (The pads will still have to be changed, and the brake fluid too).

To do this, you will need to make a bracket of approximately the same shape.

I made it from a steel corner. Sawed off the excess, left only a stiffener. This required a grinder and locksmith skills. And I installed it on my bike. The fastening turned out to be rigid, and the trunk does not walk from side to side.

The result is quite satisfactory. The structure has been in operation for a year, withstood a backpack of 25 kg in a ten-day cycling trip (1 c. S), and a large number of one, two or three-day weekend hikes. No complaints yet.

It is possible, of course, that the shape of the bracket will have to be changed on a different bike model and trunk. In general, be smart.

The second method will have to be used if there are no trunk holes in the frame. (Where did you look when you bought the bike?)

If the frame does not have holes for the trunk, then you will have to use clamps. The rack is attached with clamps around the stays of the rear fork and seat tube. For the clamp, 1-1.5 mm thick sheet metal should be used. In order not to scratch the frame, it is worth placing a rubber gasket cut from the car camera under the clamp.

The mount turned out to be quite rigid, although not the same as with the brackets.

A mount of this type also successfully withstood several multi-day hikes, there are no complaints about them.
