We do this only in motion, and at the very moment of switching the pedals need to be turned, but without effort. Find a safe place to launch

Safe place to start. park or small footpath. I suggest you start rolling on the low grass, it’s a little harder to get started, but if you fall it won’t hurt. A narrow road is also a good spot because there is a chance that you will fall on the grass.

Wear comfortable clothes.

Try closed toe shoes such as joggers.

You should not wear pants that are very wide or loose. as they can also stick to your front derailleur. If you have no other options, always tuck them into your socks.!

Put on your helmet (ALWAYS!)

Let’s keep it simple. this is rule number one! Especially when you are just starting to learn to ride a bike. You should always wear a helmet and you should make sure that your child is wearing a helmet, especially while learning.

The helmet is critical because your head is. this is your condition! Everything is possible with the head, but without the head. nothing! Take care of your head, because I know people who did not wear helmets and cannot walk anymore due to accidents.


How do you ride your bike?

If you are a child, this may not give you much confidence, as cycling can seem like a monumental task if you have never removed your training wheels, but if you know how to ride a bike, you can understand the meaning of this statement. When you learn to ride a bike, your body won’t forget about it.

Luckily for kids, learning to ride a bike is much easier when you’re young. If you wait until you are an adult to learn to ride a bike, it will be much more difficult to master the necessary skills.

Most children can start learning to ride a bike between the ages of three and six, and many children start out by riding a bike with learning wheels. Training wheels protrude from each side of the rear wheel to prevent the bike from falling while riding.

After all, you need to remove the training wheels and learn to ride on only two wheels. The first and most important step. master one skill that your training wheels have helped all along: balance.

For some children, mastering balance means having a friend or family member run beside you with one hand on the back of the bike until you have enough momentum to balance yourself on the two moving wheels. However, cycling experts recommend a slightly different an approach.

With your bike helmet on, which is the most important piece of safety equipment you should always wear when cycling, you should lower the bike seat until you can sit with your feet on the ground. Then find a large, flat, smooth area away from cars and people.

If you can balance and coast easily over long distances, turn on cornering and steering. Wide, smooth turns may only require side to side weight transfer. Tight and tight turns will require you to steer in addition to transferring weight.
