5 Insert the counter cup, cleaned of dust and filled with grease, onto the bearing and a locking O-ring, which also protects the bearing from dust. The O-ring is inserted tightly into the groove and the upper cup now, when the bicycle frame is turned over, the bearing will not fly out even accidentally.
6 Turn the frame over and insert the bike fork.
7 We assemble the upper bearing into the seat in the same way as the lower one in series. The bearing balls point downward towards the cup. separator. up. The upper bearing seat is locked in the groove with a boot ring.
8 Insert a special spacer ring with a cut with a narrow spot down to the bearing.
Insert the sealing ring with a cut.
9 First the outer seal is installed and on top of it the upper stop washer.
10 Put on additional rings. The number of rings and dimensions depend on the size of the frame and the length of the fork tube.

The simplest of these is the installation of an adjustable stem, in which you can change the angle of inclination. It should be borne in mind that the longer the stem, the higher the handlebar can be raised.
The last thing that comes to mind about this is replacing a straight rudder (if you have this type installed) with a riser. The latter is not only higher than the straight line by a couple of centimeters, but is also more convenient to handle.
